CHEESY MUSHROOM CHEESEBALL
Ingredients
1 packet Hot & Cheesy Mushroom Dip & Cheeseball Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
Swiss cheese (finely shredded) fresh chives (chopped) or minced parsley to roll cheeseball in (optional)
Instructions
Combine Hot & Cheesy Mushroom Dip & Cheeseball Mix with cream cheese; mix well. Refrigerate until firm and form into a ball. Roll cheeseball in finely shredded Swiss cheese, chopped fresh chives or minced parsley (if desired). Let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers, pita chips or baguette slices.
